Comfortable apartment with all needed features including stylish kitchen dishes and oven. New furniture, good quality of bed. Excellent service by reception - prompt support, customer focus, travel arrangements (transfer from/to airport) - all in time and reasonable price.

Two days ago, we came back from a family vacation in Bucharest — two adults and two kids. We stayed 5 nights at Matisse Bucharest Old Town, and what can I say? Just compliments! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, tastefully designed, and the entrance was a real wow! The room was spotless and perfectly organized. The kids' bed was already set up when we arrived. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the Old Town, next to all the restaurants. The hostess who welcomed us was very friendly and kind. Our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel — we didn’t hear a thing at night and were able to sleep peacefully without any disturbances. No doubt about it — I would definitely recommend this place to others! 😊

We stayed at Matisse Old Town Bucharest for three nights as a group of three, celebrating our friend’s bachelorette party, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! From the beginning, communication was smooth and friendly. We had asked in advance for a small surprise for the bride-to-be — a bottle of wine and a card — and the team was more than happy to help. They even went out of their way to buy the card from Cărturești Carusel, which made it all the more special. The apartment and the room were spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Bucharest’s Old Town, with everything within walking distance. Everyone we dealt with was kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely choose Matisse again in the future!

There's not much to add. The accommodation was perfectly sited in the old town area. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the manager was very helpful when we met him. The room/apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the televisions were huge!
